This License governs your installation, use, and possession of any plugin,
connector, add-on, extension, or bridge distributed by The Weird Byte S.L.
for use with the VirtuCamera App and a supported Digital Content Creation host
application (the “Plugin”).

By installing, copying, accessing, or using the Plugin, you agree to this License.
If you do not agree, do not install or use the Plugin.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this License and with the applicable VirtuCamera App
license, plan, or subscription terms, The Weird Byte S.L. grants you a limited,
non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install
and use the Plugin solely for its intended purpose with a validly licensed copy
of the VirtuCamera App.

2. Commercial Use of the Plugin With the App

You may use the Plugin in personal or commercial production workflows only to the
extent that your use of the VirtuCamera App is authorized under your applicable
VirtuCamera plan, license, or subscription.

This License does not expand, replace, or reduce any commercial-use rights or
restrictions applicable to the VirtuCamera App itself.

3. Restrictions

Except as expressly permitted by this License or by mandatory law, you must not:

(a) sell, resell, license, sublicense, distribute, redistribute, publish,
market, lease, rent, lend, assign, transfer, share, white-label, bundle,
commercialize, or otherwise exploit the Plugin as a product;
(b) make the Plugin available to third parties except as expressly authorized
by The Weird Byte S.L. in writing;
(c) modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, reverse engineer,
decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from the Plugin;
(d) remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, attribution,
proprietary notice, or disclaimer in the Plugin;
(e) use the Plugin to circumvent licensing checks, paywalls, technical restrictions,
or security measures of the VirtuCamera App or any related service.

4. No Redistribution

The Plugin may be distributed only by The Weird Byte S.L. or by a party expressly
authorized by The Weird Byte S.L. in writing.

Any redistribution, reposting, mirroring, repackaging, resale, sublicensing,
or onward distribution of the Plugin is strictly prohibited.

5. Ownership

The Plugin is licensed, not sold. The Plugin and all related intellectual property
rights are and remain the exclusive property of The Weird Byte S.L. and its licensors.

6. Third-Party Components

The Plugin may include or depend on third-party software components.
Those components are subject to their own applicable license terms where required.

7. Termination

This License begins when you first install or use the Plugin and continues until terminated.

The Weird Byte S.L. may suspend or terminate this License immediately if you breach
this License, breach the applicable VirtuCamera terms, or if your use creates legal,
security, or operational risk.

Upon termination, you must stop using the Plugin and delete all copies in your
possession or control.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PLUGIN IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND
“AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED,
STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT,
ACCURACY, OR COMPATIBILITY.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE WEIRD BYTE S.L.
OR ITS LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL,
EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA,
GOODWILL, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR
RELATING TO THE PLUGIN OR THIS LICENSE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY
OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF
THE WEIRD BYTE S.L. ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE PLUGIN OR THIS LICENSE
SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE VIRTUCAMERA APP IN THE TWELVE (12)
MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR EUR 100 IF NO SUCH
AMOUNT WAS PAID.

10. Governing Law

This License is governed by the laws of Spain, excluding conflict-of-laws rules.
The courts of Madrid, Spain shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where
mandatory law provides otherwise.
